Talk about excellent service! I called Amy Yamamoto and asked her to call me back when the 15 year fixed loan rate dropped to where I would be interested in refinancing (the current rate as of that day was .750% higher than my goal rate). When she called me the next day, I told her I wasn't ready to go forward just yet. I quickly reconsidered and one hour later gave her a call back and authorized her to lock in my rate which she did promptly.
